- Managed the design, development and implementation of a three-tier application that provides customers with price quotations for on-net broadband transport circuits. This was the company's first Internet application and is accessed by customers from South America, Europe and the United States. I saved 25% of development costs by renegotiating the vendor proposal. - Led the design and development of a vendor management and services application with three-tier web architecture to manage leased vendor services while providing accounting services such as invoice verifications and accruals.
